Chef Spencer Watts Spence has had a passion for food and cooking for as long as he can remember. Growing up on the lower mainland in Vancouver and being exposed to the vast array of fresh local ingredients, he began his culinary training in high school, and it wasn’t long before he graduated top of his culinary class. Buzzy Kerbox Buzzy Kerbox is a successful professional big wave surfer, windsurfer and all-around extreme watersportsman. He also owns a thriving surf school on the island of Maui. In 1978 he was featured in Vogue magazine, when iconic designer Ralph Lauren chose him as the face of Polo Sport clothing for more than a quarter of a century. James Pribram, 'The ECO Warrior' James is a Laguna Beach native, professional surfer and John Kelly Environmental Award winner. His written work has appeared in the LA Times, Surfer's Path, Surfing, Surfer, Water and numerous other publications worldwide. He co-founded the ECO Warrior Project, a grass roots organization which is dedicated to protecting oceans, beaches and sea life worldwide, and They Will Surf Again, which raises money for people who have suffered from ocean-related spinal injuries. |

Nikki Gregg Nikki Gregg was raised to be the ‘NRGetic’ girl she is thanks to her parents who instilled in her the desire and knowledge to pursue a life of healthy and active living. Always the ‘gym rat’, her very first job at age fourteen was working the front desk of a gym. This led her to gym management, personal training, group training, and teaching weight loss classes. |

David Cornthwaite David is a British Adventurer, who became the first person to skateboard across Australia. He finished his historic journey on 22 January 2007. David's journey reached Brisbane at the end of his marathon 3,638 miles (5,820 km) foot-propelled trek. Cornthwaite is recognized for Expedition1000, a total of 25 expeditions of 1000 miles or more, each using a different form of non-motorized transport. |

Ken Bradshaw "On January 28, 1998, Ken rode the biggest wave ever ridden in history, on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii at an outer reef known as Outside Log Cabins. This wave was considered to be in excess of 85 feet. That same day he also rode another 20 waves between 40 and 65 feet to make this the largest day ever ridden. Ken's dream has always been the same, to be one of the best big wave riders, and possibly the best big wave surfer in the history of the world. It looks like his dream may have come true." |

Darrick Doerner Also known as Double D, Darrick Doerner's initials 'D.D.' not only stand for his name, but think 'Designated Driver'. He is probably the best in the business when it comes to towing a surfer into waves. In many cases, it is a matter of life or death. A great surfer and all around waterman, Darrick's resume reads like an encyclopedia of surfing. Growing up surfing Malibu in the late 60's and early 70's, he then moved to the Big Island of Hawaii. |
